Many of our customers have requested that we increase the shaped speed as 64Kbps was just too painful. So we've listened to you and will now increase the shaped speed to 128Kbps!
This increase will benefit all customers that are on our CURRENT Ultimate, Easy or Regular DSL plans.
If you are on an Ultimate, Easy or Regular DSL plan and currently shaped to 64Kbps, your shaped speed will not increase to 128Kbps until the next billing cycle.
VOIP is a great way to save you heaps on phone calls. We call our VOIP service NerdPhone, which allows you to use the internet to make phone calls. NerdPhone really suits those who have a Naked DSL plan.
The NetComm V210P is the new VOIP device that we sell for $88, so if your modem/router doesn't have the VOIP feature, then all you need to buy is this device to start using NerdPhone. This device only allows you to plug in one of your standard phone handsets, however if you have multiple cordless handsets, then this device is ideal.
If you have an Optus Phone Service or a Phone Service with an Optus reseller that you would like to keep using, then you can sign up for SuperNerd's Standalone ADSL2+ that we provide under the Ultimate DSL banner.
This means that you can have your Phone Service with Optus, and your ADSL2+ service with us!

Step 1: Find out if you can get Easy DSL by contacting us: info@supernerd.com.au
Step 2: Complete the Easy DSL Registration Form and return it to us. Here you will also need to select a Setup Fee and new Contract term - $0 for an 18 month contract or $99 with a 0 month contract. If you select the 0 month contract term, you'll receive a $30 Loyalty Rebate!
Step 3: Allow approximately 2 weeks for completion.
We now have 3 new flavours of ADSL to tempt you - Ultimate, Easy and Regular DSL. We have replaced all of our plans with brand new ones, that also include 'never before seen' features!
Our network span has also increased, so if you couldn't get our ADSL1 or ADSL2+ service in the past, call us to find out if you can get it in your location now.

Just when you thought it wasn't possible to get a better Broadband plan, we've decided to tweak some of our broadband plans to give you EVEN MORE value for your money.
Below are our tweaked and improved plans, and if you are already on a plan that we've just tweaked, then after the 1st of October 2009, you'll automatically get the new plan when you enter a new billing month. At SuperNerd, we will always look after you!
If you'd like to change to one of these tweaked plans, log into the Members Area and in the menu select 'Manage' then 'Change Plans'.
If you currently have a SuperNerd Dialup plan, and have had it for at least 6 months, then you can take advantage of these improved plans too, plus you'll get a reduced Setup Fee if you sign up to an ADSL1 plan. Even if you still have time left on your Dialup plan, we can credit the unused amount onto your account after you've upgraded to Broadband!

We now sell the NetComm NB6 Modem/Router for just $65. This modem is suitable for those just wanting to connect one computer to the Internet. If you're wanting to get SuperNerd's ADSL2+ then we'll give you a discount of $45 for this modem at the time you register, therefore only costing you $20.
If you're wanting to register for one of our ADSL2+ plans, and you don't have an active phone service, then we can now set this up for you.
However for a new installation, you MUST have an existing vacant copper pair running into your home, even if you're applying for a Naked ADSL2+ service.
IMPORTANT: You will also need to be home for a technician to visit your premises for connection and testing. If you reside in a unit/apartment you will need to be available for an additional appointment.

If you already have ADSL1, don't despair as you can also receive this limited offer by one of these below methods.
You can now log in to the Members Area to change your plan. Just select the date you would like your plan to change on, and your next bill will be pro-rated based on your new plan. You will need to allow approximately 3 working days for the change to be complete, except for ADSL1 speed changes where you need to allow 5 working days.
If you're wanting to change to a different service type, for example, you'd like to upgrade from ADSL1 to ADSL2+, then you will need to complete one of the PDF registration forms.
With our recent product revision, the ADSL1 plans have been given a new lease of life. They have a bigger download quota during the time of the day where most people can benefit from the extra quota the most. ADSL1 also remains an attractive option for those who can't get ADSL2+, so check out these new plans:
