Many of our customers have requested that we increase the shaped speed as 64Kbps was just too painful. So we've listened to you and will now increase the shaped speed to 128Kbps!

This increase will benefit all customers that are on our CURRENT Ultimate, Easy or Regular DSL plans.

If you are on an Ultimate, Easy or Regular DSL plan and currently shaped to 64Kbps, your shaped speed will not increase to 128Kbps until the next billing cycle.

VOIP is a great way to save you heaps on phone calls. We call our VOIP service NerdPhone, which allows you to use the internet to make phone calls. NerdPhone really suits those who have a Naked DSL plan.

The NetComm V210P is the new VOIP device that we sell for $88, so if your modem/router doesn't have the VOIP feature, then all you need to buy is this device to start using NerdPhone. This device only allows you to plug in one of your standard phone handsets, however if you have multiple cordless handsets, then this device is ideal.

If you have an Optus Phone Service or a Phone Service with an Optus reseller that you would like to keep using, then you can sign up for SuperNerd's Standalone ADSL2+ that we provide under the Ultimate DSL banner.

This means that you can have your Phone Service with Optus, and your ADSL2+ service with us!

Step 3: Allow approximately 2 weeks for completion.
