Provisioning your service: Allow approximately 21 days to set up your ADSL2+ and HomePhone service. Before the service can be completed, you will also be required to return a signed Direct Debit form and perform a voice recording of your Agreement.

Changing plans: You can upgrade or downgrade your Ultimate DSL2+ or HomePhone plan at anytime and a $10 fee applies.

Relocating or reconnecting: A Fee of $80 applies for relocating or reconnecting either your ADSL2+ or HomePhone service. Your contract term will not be extended or renewed. If ADSL2+ isn't available in the new location, the Disconnection Fee of $165 applies if still within your contract term.

IP Address: All ADSL plans come with a Dynamic IP Address. Please contact us if you wish to change your Dynamic IP Address to a Static IP Address. There is no additional cost for this, however we may decide to charge a fee for this service in the future.

Payment: For payment of your plan we can direct debit either your bank account or credit card. All Plans automatically renew and each Monthly Fee is paid monthly in advance. Each invoice must be paid in full by the due date shown on it, otherwise an $8 Late Fee will be charged and the account suspended. We will attempt to contact you by phone or mail and if we still don't receive payment within 14 days after your Billing/Due date, your account will be cancelled and your invoice will be sent to our debt collectors. If the account is cancelled you will be liable for any setup fees and disconnection fees if applicable.

Disconnection fee: A $165 Disconnection Fee applies if the telephone line OR ADSL2+ service is disconnected OR ported to another supplier, within your contract period.

Churning/Cancelling: Ultimate DSL does not support either SST or Rapid Transfer as it is an Unbundled Local Loop offering. You will only be able to "churn" to another ISP that is reselling Optus' ULL product otherwise you will need to disconnect your Utlimate ADSL service before the acquiring ISP can activate an ADSL or telephone service for you. You might lose your telephone number in this process or may need to provide supporting evidence (ie telephone bill) in order to obtain your previous telephone number from quarantine.

Here's how you can register for ADSL2+ bundled with HomePhone

Option 1: Register Online by selecting a plan in the 'ADSL2+ Plans table' at the top of this page, and click on the 'Sign up online' button. You will also be required to return a signed Direct Debit form and perform a voice recording of your Agreement.

Option 2: Complete the ADSL2+ & HomePhone Registration Form and return it to us. You will not be required to return the Direct Debit form and perform a voice recording of your Agreement.

Option 3: Call SuperNerd on 1300 888 090 to register over the phone. You will also be required to return a signed Direct Debit form and perform a voice recording of your Agreement.

After we receive your forms and voice recording if needed, we will send your order to be provisioned. Once your order has been set up within approximately 21 days, we will debit your bank account for the applicable costs: ADSL2+ Monthly Cost, HomePhone Monthly Cost, Setup Fee, Hardware and Delivery Fee. To let you know of your plan activation, we will send an email to your correspondence email address, and send a text message to your mobile if you have provided one.

Important! You must ensure you close any Phone or ADSL accounts with your old provider after we have notified you of your plan activation.
