Transferring your existing phone service to SuperNerd is easy! We will disconnect you from your existing Telephone Provider and reconnect you to SuperNerd.
We can also set up a new phone service. Your premises must have had a previous working phone service which has been cancelled and is available for automatic reconnection or reactivation by a carriage service provider, otherwise additional labour and material costs apply if cabling is required. Note: If you have an existing telephone service and have ordered our ADSL2+ and HomePhone service as a second line, you MUST have sufficient wiring to your premise for the second line, otherwise significant costs will apply to run additional copper wires to your home or, if you do not wish to pay for the additional copper wires to your home, we will disconnect your existing phone line and use that line for delivery of our ADSL2+ and HomePhone service.
Allow approximately 14 to 21 days to set up ADLS2+ and HomePhone connections. You are required to bundle a HomePhone Plan with an ADSL2+ plan.

A 33c Call Connection Fee applies to all National calls, calls to Mobiles and International calls.
1 Freedom National Calls: 23c/minute with a maximum cost of $2.50 for up to 20 minutes, thereafter 23c/minute.
2 Freedom Calls to Mobiles: 33c/minute with a maximum cost of $3.50 for up to 20 minutes, thereafter 33c/minute.
3 Premium National Calls: First 15 minutes are free of charge! Call time thereafter is charged at the rate of 15c/minute with a maximum cost of $2.50
for up to 20 minutes. Any call time after the first 35 minutes is charged at the rate of 15c/minute.
4 Premium Calls to Mobiles: 26c/minute with a maximum cost of $3.50 for up to 20 minutes, thereafter 26c/minute.

Your Broadband speed is reduced from a maximum line speed of 24000/1000kbps to 64kbps once the free monthly Downloads are reached.
A 12 or 24 month term applies to all ADSL2+ Plans. A $165 Disconnection Fee applies if the telephone lines OR ADSL2 + service is disconnected or telephone line is ported to another supplier, within the minimum term period.
